Summary: It was such a cute cozy place and they thought of everything. Nice chairs around the fire pit, hot dog pokers, couple outdoor games. The porch was so nice to sit and relax. All the towels and bedding was nice.

Summary: River retreat was the perfect place for my family and I to stay. I loved the decor. All the little touches like leaving smores fixings, outside games for the kids to play, 4th of July plates and napkins. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath towels were big and fluffy. Outside was just as amazing as the inside. Fire pit filled with wood, outside grill, lovely table with umbrella. Check in was easy. The owner was receptive to my needs and any questions I had. We hope to return next year. Thank you Jeannie for the lovely stay at your VRBO.

Summary: Everything was well set for us when we arrived. Plenty of seating and a tv in each room for the children to watch what they wanted. The screened in porch was a blessing for me. It was quiet and cozy. Will try to rent this one out again next time I am in town.

Summary: 5 of us stayed for one night. It was so cute and cozy. They left fruit and water for us which was very sweet! We brought coffee for a regular coffee pot but only found a Keurig. Thank goodness there were also k cups. Loved this place and would stay again!
